  • Standard Shipping: Orders outside the continental U.S.A. (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) and international shipments will be charged based on destination and carrier rates.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost for domestic and international orders.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping; however, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs or international shipping carriers.

4. Potential Service Interruptions

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier issues.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to hygiene reasons, all lingerie and intimate apparel sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • For loungewear and leisurewear, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pslovelucy.com with your order number and reason for return.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item(s).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
